This was my third purchase of an Ambient Weather station. Shopping and purchase each time was simple and prices competitive. Monitoring multiple station locations remotely through ambientweather.net is awesome!

So far, so good. Wish it came with a manual because looking at my phone for instructions is really tedious. Console setup required a tremendous amount of patience!

This weather station seems to be very accurate. I had a little trouble getting it connected to wifi, but I think that was mostly me.

Just delivered to my son who has not yet installed it. The shopping experience was fine.

Information was sparse. Looking for solar powered, thought I got one, but it is not truly solar powered. Specification information weak.

Terrible customer service by your so-called Technical Support team. They could not tell me the correct size of the male end of of a USB cable for your outdoor PM 2.5 monitor. This resulted in four returns to Amazon.

Needed a replacement rain gauge for my WS5000 weather station. Neighbor's giant air mattress blew off his deck and took out the rain gauge. Replacement came quickly.

The set up was a little frustrating due to the fact it really doesnt give any feedback when you input information. Once we thought we had everything input and linked the hardware there was nothing the displayed we were linked we just had to assume it was ready to go. Now that we have it up and running it works great and is very accurate. Just wish setup was more user friendly.

Got the order in a decent amount of time. Only problem was I wasn't offered a discount of some sort. This is the 2nd time I've had to replace the same part in approximately a year and a half and the station is only about 2 1/2 years old. If it goes again I'll replace it with a different manufacturer, sorry.

Shopping experience was great. I’m just wondering why the power supply for the console died so soon, but it was affordable, got here quickly, and solved the problem.
