I purchased a WH31P and have been unable to connect it to my HUB. I sent a support ticket a week ago and have not heard back.

Purchased online was fine. Confirmation was a little slow. Product showed up fine and was well packaged. I purchased and installed a replacement Rain gauge in my WS-1900 Osprey with a compatible WS-2902 gauge. The main issue was "No Instructions!" Not in the original manual, online, or with the replacement part. Just a single page with some illustrations could have helped me to know that the connecting cable socket orientation is different in the two models. Simple instructions can save time and save phone calls/emails to your customer service.

Last one I purchased lasted 1/1/2 years too early for the rating of this one

Disappointed that a 2-year-old outdoor sensor failed and needed to be replaced. This is almost as bad as Acurite products.

It was quick and efficient. I found what I needed easily. Great product description. However, I did purchase an item that I later determined I did not need. I called Customer Service, left a voicemail and they promptly called me back. They understood my mistake and stopped my order before shipping. They credited my charge card and took care of the situation. I'll use you again for future purchases.

I replaced a malfunctioning station from another manufacturer with an Ambient Weather 2902 station. It shipped quickly and was well packaged. The station instructions were easy to follow and assemble. Connecting the station to wifi was simple and the connection has not dropped off line since the install. I'm happy with this purchase and should have done it sooner.

I love this weather station in fact, I like it so much that I ordered a second one through Amazon, but there is a shipping delay and they’re not giving me a timeframe for when it will arrive. I have a home in the north and the south and I want one in each. Why am I having trouble receiving the second Weather station?

When I went to replace my aged Davis weather station I was intrigued by the new technologies - ultrasonic wind and haptic rain sensing - and the reviews led me to Ambient Weather. Overall I'm quite pleased although the clunky keyboard setup on the console is frustrating enough that I couldn't recommend it for non-technical users who will expect a touchscreen or at least a less cumbersome setup process with less guesswork. I'm hoping the weather instruments prove to be accurate and definitely will not miss the maintenance and failure of moving parts.
