Bird spikes arrived as predicted for my ws5000 rain gauge. The first time I’ve had to order a new one, usually some bird knocks it off and it’s down around the mount. This time it was completely missing. The unit is mounted on my dock at 14’ elevation and at high tide there’s water underneath, but I couldn’t find it anywhere…. So the replacement purchase.

I had no problem with the 2 items that were ordered. Free shipping was a nice perk and it was appreciated. Installed the replacement sensors on my weather station and was up and running the same day as delivery.

I am pleased with the quality of the basic weather station and the ability to add and replace remote temperature and humidity sensors. For a little more than a basic indoor temperature sensor with a non-replaceable remote outside sensor I was able to get something with more support and some functional accessories for the outdoor sensor. The unit I purchased isn't professional level but is well thought out and designed for service. The supporting documentation is clear and well presented, not very common with a lot of similar items I have purchased.

I like the weather station, it is working as it should.
Shopping website was fairly easy to navigate.
Check-out and payment were not good, your website will apparently only allow payment via PayPal, not a credit card; I tried numerous times to pay via credit card on various browsers with various credit cards and nothing worked. I finally called your phone number and the customer service person was not great to work with, he took all my information and put my credit card in through PayPal. Nothing I purchased is linked to my account in your shopping website.
The most concerning part is that is appeared that the customer service agent attempted to login to my PayPal account as I received a fraud notification about 15 minutes after my order had gone through with your company.
