Great experience. Item in stock and quickly shipped and received. Wish all companies could match this level of customer service.

This is only one week after the bird stake kit was applied but very pleased to this point. So surprised to find the rain gauge's funnel void of bird excrement, had to check it twice in disbelief. Fingers crossed!

Called customer service and explained the problem and they said what I needed so I ordered it. Got it in but didn’t have instructions on what to do. I called and they explained what to do. I was a little nervous cause I didn’t want to pull on the wiring. I finally got it and put the wiring back in, it’s a little challenging. I reset it and it worked perfectly. Best advice is call if you have any questions. Very helpful.

Purchase of replacement of failed console was very smooth. Filing for upgrade credit, wonky at best and after 10 days, no response or status. Apparently calling is suggested as best way to contact.

Easy ordering experience - love the system add ons! The accessories easily pair with the system. Suggestion - I would love the ability to get a secondary screen(remote) for the system.
