The tech team and in particular Jordan H. were fantastic to work with when I encountered issues in setting up my Ambient solar weather cam. They provided quick replies. They also provided a replacement camera that connected easily to the AWN. They’re great!! I have and will continue to purchase Ambient systems.

Your equipment was far too difficult to assemble. And even harder to get hooked up to the internet.
You have zero product development. You appear to simply send out equipment from other vendors and put zero effort to make it user friendly.
Was wanting to buy more stations. But have decided against it now.

I had called customer service after my WS-2902 weather station had lost communications(specifically the outside temperature & humidity). They were very helpful, recommending that I purchase a replacement sensor assembly, WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSY-40C. It was a pain dealing with the mini-plug with my fat fingers, but eventually was able to get to manipulate it with some a pair of small needle nose pliers.

We are very happy with the Weather Station. Recently the thermostat module stopped working. just getting the two dashes where the outside temperature is meant to be. It did take a while to find a replacement module. I had to call to find the right one. There could be better information online for this particular model. After installing it. I had to call support back, because it still wasn't working. The told me how to fully reset the station by taking out the batteries and covering the solar panel for 24 hrs. Then reinstalling the batteries and holding the reset button for 1 min. Did that. it still didn't work. But as I was fiddling with the batteries. The temperature came back on. So in this case it was just a bad connection with the battery terminals. Please update the trouble shooting guide to include that step. Happy it's working again. And now I have an extra temperature module.
