Very disappointed that I just had to spend $36.54 to purchase a Soil Moisture Sensor to replace the one I purchased in 2023. The one I purchased in 2023 stopped working and when the new one arrived the package contained a vinyl or plastic cover to place over the battery installation cap. Apparently, ambient weather realized that they had a design flaw with the original design that permitted water ingress and they did not send the necessary new secondary sealing cover to people who had already purchased the older design. Poor customer service!!!

Shopping experience was just fine. The cost of the bird deterrent for rain collection cup is absolutely absurd, especially considering the end user is responsible for the assembly. There are at most $3 dollars of parts in this. I love my Ambient weather station and it should come with bird deterrent since the collection cup is a perfect invitation for a bird rest stop.

we only had one problem and customer service was very good about making sure we knew how to take care of the issue, and we should call back if we needed any more help.

Had to order a new array after mine was fried by lightning. Was easy to use your website and received array within a couple days and it is working fine.

Shopping was easy and great.
Dealing with customer service before this to solve my issue was not.
I had a rain gauge that failed after a year and a half. The response was dull and unhelpful.
So, I went in on my i and bought and installed the part.
If I’d known this would the reaction I’d have gone with a different company.

I hate that I HAD to make the purchase! Ive had two displays go bad on me, reported them, and been completely ignored. Repeatedly. For weeks, every night. Only Frank, your Facebook ambassador took my info. He said he passed it all along, with the MAC addresses, and no one responded to him either. Very disapointing that I spent almost 500.00 on a 5000 setup only to be treated this way. Will be going back to investing in parts for my Davis to get it back on track. - Kathy Adam/940-872-7027/kadam@att.net
