Equipment arrived in a timely manner, tech support helped with a question I had and setup was relatively easy, although not all the steps worked as shown in the manual. Using the QR code solved all my issues, though.

Struggled for a few days only to find this sensor doesn't work with my station. I requested a return authorization which I never received.

The part I ordered (temp/hum/rain module) was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The website needs a little work; the image and description was/is not accurate. The how-to video was helpful.

Have been having problems birds filling up my rain gage. The spike ring has detoured 99% of birds perching on weather station.
