Purchasing process was fair, but had to call to confirm I was ordering the correct part as my device, 2902d, was listed as comparable with the hydrothermal part. It needed replacing after only 1 1/2 yrs of operation. Then, when I received the part there were no instructions with it and I could find no instructions on your website. Disappointed…

Reorder of the rain gauge for our weather station, which is only 3 years old, is annoying and not the first issue that we have had. If we continue to have breakdowns or unreliability, we would have to consider other alternatives.

I do have a few questions and will be calling as soon as I can. We do like the newer advanced unit and it’s features. We sometime even laugh as the great changes with surprise.

Great product, check it multiple times a day. Replacement part, fit like a glove and worked with no issues. Replaced the wind speed assembly.

This is my 2nd purchase from a your company. I sold my house and left the station with the new owners. I really enjoyed my weather station through the years. Felt lost without it so ordered me a new system!

For someone who does not know the in's and outs of the system jorden was very help full. I could not have done this alone.

Ambient Weather team does not listen or pay attention to specific guidance about how to ship a package, despite clear directions on where the package must go to a rural customer.

The station works well. I have tried resets and unplugging but it will not show data on the internet connection. I can see other stations in my area but can not see data from my station.
