Great

My station was very easy to set up and is just what I wanted. Nice unit.

Prompt delivery faster than expected. Instructions straightforward but need a little more info re the separate sensor monitor. Troubleshooting online forums are good. Still have longevity concerns. Hope this lasts more than three years per our Model 2902 (this is the second weather station bought from ambient) for this price point.

Excellent weather station . The display is not as confusing as one may think. A lot of clear concise info displayed without having to press buttons to retrieve. I can’t wait for a real windy day to see how this anemometer compares to the previous “cup” model weather station I had.

Delievered to Australia within 5 days of ordering, easy to set up and get working. Very happy with the purchase and speed of delivery!

Love our stations. Amazing

Easy to order and received quickly.

Good price and fast delivery!

They had what I was missing with my weather station, and got it to me a day earlier than promised.
The company supports its products.

The item doesn't seem to be compatible with my weather station even though the app says it is. Contacted customer service but haven't heard anything.

Calling customer service was easy and the rep. was extremely helpful in answering my questions and pointing me in the right direct. He was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my WS-2000 just by the little bit I told him. Turned out to be the power adapter causing the issue!

The only reason I do not give the power adapter 5 stars is because I have never heard of or had a power adapter fail and be the cause of issues with any electronics before. Maybe just lucky...

While there are less expensive power adapters out there, you may have a challenge finding one for 5V and 1 Amp with the correct size tip that plugs into the WS-2000. It was a whooping $20 from Ambient. Weather, but shipping was included at least. I hope this one lasts much longer.

Difficult to set up. Manuals were not helpful. Hygrometer does not work with the system. It is recommended that you install the unit high but only include 3-4 feet of pipe. We had to buy extension.

Shopping was pretty easy. It would be nice though if you had a trade-in for a somewhat working array (wind and weather was fine, temp and humidity) or at least a recycle program.

Phone to customer service for product support inadequate. Left a message for call back. So far, have had no response. Fixed the problem with support from others. Otherwise, the Weather Station seems to work as advertised.

While I’m disappointed that I needed to buy replacement parts for my weather system after 2 years, I can say that you made it extremely easy to get the replacement parts, it was very inexpensive and shipping was incredibly quick. I wish I knew it was going to be this easy to replace prior to doing all the recommended trouble shooting.

Had the parts I needed, website was very user friendly. From order to checkout the process went smooth.
Order received on time and items were good quality as advertised.

Easy to find what I need and order. Free shipping and arrived quickly. Nice job

The replacement did the trick, I'm up and running again!

Below is what I wrote in the box in the email asking me to "Write your review here" . That didn't work either!

Setting up this console was TERRIBLE!!! The sensors all connected perfectly, but setting up this console could have been so much better. It was NEVER mentioned what key along the bottom worked as the ENTER key. Setting up the weather server section it said to enter your email address, and instructions would be sent via email. NOPE! I got the emails confirming me setting up an account, but I had to struggle through to figure the setup on my own. Setting the latitude/longitude was not explained worth a crap. In AZ, your longitude is like -111.xxxxxxx or thereabout. In Illinois, it's -88,xxxxxxxx. I had to figure out that I needed to put in a 0 in front of the 88 to keep the decimal point in the correct spot. That isn't explained in the directions! Not everyone buying one of your weather stations is an engineer. You can't leave steps out of instructions. This survey isn't any better. the 5 choices above this box aren't clickable, and there is no ENTER button below the box. Who the hell designs this crap for your company? I suggest you replace them as quickly as possible.

Needed to replace a piece from our weather gauge. Easy to order online and arrived promptly! Everything is working correctly now.
