Although the part I ordered was fine, it was a duplicate of what I had. The return process was wonderfully easy and certainly appreciated. I comment AMBIENT WEATHER in their customer service!

We have bought two Ambient weather stations . The first one got damaged by Hurricane Irma . The wind sensor worked up to 90 mph and then got hit by a palm tree . Then we bought another weather stations. This one went through Hurricane Ian . It got thrown off its stand on our house . We thought it was lost . Found it laying on the ground at our neighbors house . Dusted it off and everything worked except the wind sensor . We put the weather station back up and it works to this day . Had to buy a new wind sensor . Un bel Ambient makes a wonderful product . Goes through an almost Cat 5 hurricane flys through the air and then it still works . What a product . Highly recommend Ambient .

I ordered the adaptor a week ago. Not only has it not arrived, but apparently it has not been delivered to the e post office.

Pro : fast delivery
Con : website is not very intuitive about what is included/required/compatible/recommanded...
If you already know what you want precisely it's ok, otherwise the struggle is real.

WE love our radio station and when it stopped working the information on your web site solved the issue. We ordered a new adapter and within a week it was delivered. Thanks for such great service and a great product.

The purchase went smoothly. However, I am attempting to return the purchase as we are not able to use it. Thus exercising the 30 day return opportunity. But no one has responded to our RMA request via the website and via email.
