Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. The station was pretty simple to set up (model WS-2902D) and is working well. The reason for a 4 rating and not 5, is that apparently with the changes from a 2902C to 2902D, Weather Cloud is no longer supported. The web site says it is but apparently that is from previous versions. I contacted support who confirmed Weather Cloud is no longer supported. I tried the old tools and those didn't work either. One of the reasons for purchasing this model was Weather Cloud support, so it's a bit disappointing to find it does support it. Support suggested I may be able to use the developer API's but I don't really feel like developing anything.

The entire process was flawless. The delivery status from the USA to Germany was continuously updated so that I could track the shipment at all times.
The Ambient WS5000 was packed very well and securely in a sturdy box. The assembly went smoothly, as did the integration into my home network.
All in all, I am completely satisfied with the product and the service - a clear recommendation!

I have truly enjoyed this weather station. It was easy enough to install and the ability to view my own local weather as well as connect with thousands of others across the country is fantastic. This weather station interfaces with my hubitar to allow for great weather based home controls and has a lot of very easy to add monitors.
I've only had it for about 3 months and my wife loves it, so I'm hoping it will stand up to the weather for a long time coming.

Equipment set up can work well if the old station is disabled. My display connected to the old station and took me awhile to realize what happened that the new one was ignored.
