When it works, the product is top notch. I'm on my 3rd sensor array in 3 years. Email to customer service goes unanswered. Ambient is not inexpensive, but it's a far better value than their competition.

Easy to find my replacement power adapter. Chose to use the OEM product instead of generic replacements found elsewhere. Shipped quickly and works perfectly.

We really like our Ambient weater station. Unfortunately, five years on the dock seems to have been too much, as it ultimately failed, no temps. We were upset that our $175 station needed a $125 repair part from Amazon until the Ambient web site had our replacement part at a very fair price. Happy again, thanks!

I contacted support via email regarding availability of WS-2000 power supply that was out of stock. They immediately responded that power supply was in stock and provided a link to purchase. Unfortunately, the power supply didn’t resolve the issue with the display, so now I have to decide if I should purchase a new display or abandon Ambient since this display only lasted three years.

Not sure if powersurge or other broke the power supply that came with my weather station. But was able to quickly and easily find a USB cable that could do the job and the price was pretty good.

Use the thermometer as a remote pool temp sensor. It works great with our Ambient Weather app. Pool temp 85 degrees, yay.

Our weather station began “starting” at random times, and the Ambient Weather website indicated it was likely a power cord issue. I purchased a replacement, but when it arrived, the plug was non-standard for the U.S. I called and along with an apology for the mis-shipment, a replacement was sent free of charge. Excellent follow-up.
