Have not been able to get the product to work and customer support either hangs up on you or doesn’t return messages left with them. I found a crack on my weather vane and ordered a new one. Now, I can’t get it to sync. I’ve tried every way they list, they have a few videos that don’t agree with each other, who knew. There support doesn’t really support, more like doesn’t exist.

I was missing a u bolt from my original purchase and asked if they could throw an extra in with my order and they wanted me to send a pic of everything that I had received (it was already assembled, wasn’t going to take it apart again) - like I was trying to scam them out of a u bolt - and it was a high end purchase and shouldn’t have been missing parts in the first place. Won’t be buying anything else from them.

You had sent me a link as to what I needed so there was really no shopping to be done.

I purchased two monitors for two different deep freeze units. The one in the house works great and seamlessly integrated. The other unit is in my shop just outside the house, but apparently because it has steel siding, it will not transmit to the console. I would not have purchased the second unit had I realized this would be an issue.

Ambient Weather provided excellent communication about the delivery of the product I purchased. The order arrived quickly. Delivery was free. I would recommend buying their products from the company instead of a third party.

I purchased a new sensor array because heavy birdshad broken the plastic structure of my weather station. It was priced reasonably so I purchased the replacement. It was shipped quickly and packed well. It took about 30 minutes to take the mounting pole down and attach the new sensor array, including moving several plastic parts from the old array to the new one. I reattached the mounting pole and aligned it. It took a few minotes to get the insoor receiver to synnc with the new array, but after resetting both devices it started working. I really like this weather station. I did have the bird guard on the rain collector, but it obviously didn't stop the birds. But the replacement was process was simple.

friendley and generally helpful. However would have liked better feedback on the product I choose as to how it would meed the goals I had for a weather station.
