Easy, fast delivery, great products. The Smokey fire season makes the air sensors a must for me.

The shipping was fast and the product was great. The installation on the console side was a little vague

I was directed to the product page for a replacement WS-2902B by Ambient Support and I ordered it. I was later disappointed to discover that there was an alternate page for the same product that included a bundled thermo-hygrometer for just a few dollars more (instead of the 30 dollars more the same sensor was on the page where I was directed.) While I got the minimum of what I needed, I would've liked the option for the extra sensor for the bundle price. So I kinda "feel" a bit ripped off -- I know that, technically, the support person did what I asked, but they made no effort to tell me about alternative options for the same product that may have been more attractive.

On The Wind Speed Tunnel Assembly my wire assembly only had two probes on the board, or two wires. You sent me one with 3 probes, or it needs three wires.

Called Ambient to confirm that the plug and transformer were the problem with my weather station. Got great help with the diagnosis of the problem and how to order a new transformer and cord. I received it in a few days and the station is back up and running smoothly.

This is a replacement for the rain gage that came with my system = a year ago. Set-up is simple and fairly accurate reporting. Just hope this one lasts longer than year.

The wind speed indicator was as described and was an exact replacement, reasonable price and delivered as promised. Easy to replace.
The only disappointment was the condition of the original indicator. It was just over 3 years old. When I replaced it, I looked close at the old one. The bearing design is poor at best. Designed to fail in humid conditions. Susceptible to corrosion. When I looked close at other Ambient stations in our area I see that they have the same problem mine did. When the wind speed drops low (2 to 5 mph) they drop to zero and pick up again at higher speeds. My new one reads consistently all the way to less than 0.2 mph.

Unfortunately, I was not able to order online but when I called your sales team the gentleman who helped me was excellent.

I wish Ambient Weather supported their products, but they don't. Based on numerous reviews, these cheap adapters fail quickly, leaving users stuck buying an overpriced inferior product. I will definitely be choosing a more reliable partner for my next weather center.

Talked with a tech and we together decided that the power supply was probably the cause of my problems as I was only reading about 3 volts and it should have been 5 volts.
Ordered a new power supply and we now have out weather station back in full working order.

Purchase experience was great and love your products; however, reaching someone at tech support is difficult and when forced to leave a message, no one returned my call and has been 4 days now. Not sure that 2 of the 5 soil sensors I received function properly based on the instructions. Very disappointed by the lack of support.

Ambient Weather's tech support staff are among the most effective I've every dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach. It took a little effort to locate the 2902C replacement array on the website, but after that the purchase was easy. It arrived quickly and in good condition.
