I appreciate the fact that replacement globes are available for the weather station we’ve had for a few years.

I sent a message via your internal website and it was never answered.
I poked around all the questions and answers and finally found a description of a display blanking out, (like mine was), due to a probable bad power supply. I found a 5V power supply at a 2nd hand store and it fixed the problem. I had already ordered the replacement and will keep it as I will want to use the right angle plug type at some point.
Maybe note in troubleshooting that 4.76Vdc from the power supply can cause the display to continually restart.

I purchased a 2902D. Very nice, but a few complaints. Don't need the UVI, Light sensor, pressure and forecast. Most people just need Temperature/Indoor/Outdoor, Wind/current/gust/etc. and Rain amounts. Plus the Wind direction N, S, E, W, is too small, need bigger letters and I wear glasses. The App on my phone could also be easier to read, too busy. But a good and accurate weather station. Better than my Accurite.

The aa/c power adapter solve the console blank screen. My ws102 weather station is working. I start my day first thing checking my ambient weather mobile app. Nice to see everything updated.

I ordered a replacement plug for our Ambient weather station, which we've had for about 3 years. The plug didn't work for me here in the U.S. because I had inadvertently ordered the Australian version. Rather than have me return the Australian plug and charge me for a new plug, Ambient Weather simply sent me an American version without charge. I greatly appreciated the courtesy.
