Love the product, but not the fact that I have to repair/replace parts every two years.

Overall great product. Simple for basic setup. I wanted something a bit more advanced for my Home Assistant integration so I set up MQTT which was a bit more involved, but worthwhile and easily enabled by this product. My only gripe is that the supplied pole mounts are a bit to big for my use case, so I had to do a little hacking to make it fit. I think they could have easily supplied some spacers/tubing to make it fit different sized poles. Otherwise all good. Sensors are great, and with MQTT my dashboard updates every few seconds through its local connection.

Customer service was very helpful to determine that we actually needed a new array. We received it promptly and installation was well explained. It operates beautifully.

The website lacks some details on the weather stations and comparability with older stations and sensors. Trying to figure out what sensors would work with my older stations was a bit painful.

My refrigerator that I bought with my house died of heat death .. it was made on 5-28-1998 ! I think it got the use out of it !
