It was difficult to figure out how to order what I needed. I have placed two orders so far and have another cart started. Searching for something did not always find what I needed.

Excellent customer service. My AWS Array was destroyed by a large fallen limb from a huge oak tree 🌳 in my yard. Sent an email on Sunday evening, received an answer Monday with a link to order a replacement Array. Placed the order and had the replacement Array within a week. My AWS was a Christmas present from my wife last year. Absolutely love it!!!

Hardware appears to be of good quality. Too soon to tell. However, your documentation requires significant improvement. It is terribly written and is way behind current firmware.

The listing of the item does not indicate that the 2.5 value will NOT be visible on the base console, just on the Wi-Fi application (mobile or desktop). This is irritating.

Second WS-2902 I have owned over the years. Simple to setup and they have both been long lasting well built weather stations.
