Love it so far!!

I like the faster update time and the "no moving parts" for wind speed and direction.

good service

Item as described fast shipment and easy quick install.

Easy to order replacement part. Very fast shipping.

Excellent experience. The new weather array was easy to replace.

It came ok. I haven’t opened the box yet as I am in isolation for a couple of weeks.

AWN shipped the wrong console. I ordered a 2902-D console but they shipped the 1900, even though the invoice was for the 2902.

Support agent didn’t address my question about why I paid $10 more for an bird deterrent spike add-on (listed as $6.99 vs $16.99). Also didn’t address my question about firmware upgrade issue.

Fast shipping, decent product.

Arrived on time

The temp sensor is reading too high. I can only bring the temp down to 90.2.

I have reset the sensors for 72 hours.

I need a sensor that is calibrated for the wh-65B

I saw the weather station in action before I bought one, so I knew it would be the perfect tool for a weather geek like me. The biggest challenge might be where and how to site it. For me, purchasing the mounting pole gave me everything I needed for a successful mount. Going through the WiFi set-up was also a challenge, but once I figured out what values I needed to enter into the process, the console data came up right away, and I was able to find my station on the AWS app map. Looking forward to lots of weather to measure!

Great experience! Good support and follow-up. Very happy with my Ambient weather station and the service I received.

Always helpful!

Very fast shipping. I’m well pleased.

Order and delivery was very fast. All my accessories from the old station synced up flawlessly, all I had to do was rename them.

Fast free shipping, excellent packaging, and very reasonable price. I'm a happy customer!

I recently purchased an Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter. Some background info. I have owned the Ambient Weather WS-2000 weather station for approximately 3 years and it had worked flawlessly until recently, when the display screen suddenly went dark. Attempting to "reboot" it by unplugging and reattaching the AC adapter produced a flashing "Starting..." message on the screen for a few seconds and then the display went dark again. I telephoned Ambient Weather Technical Support expecting to hear that I would need to purchase a replacement display unit in order to restore operation, but after explaining the details to the representative who took my call he said that purchasing a replacement AC adapter would restore normal operation. I had never had any previous failure of an AC adapter used with an electronic device so I was not totally convinced. Bottom line: All good now, thanks to an astute Ambient Weather technical representative. I purchased the AC adapter for $20.00 and normal operation was restored, when I was expecting to spend $200.00 for a new display unit. Thank you.

it was very difficult to purchase the weather control board , I entered my credit card information correctly over 5 times would not submit, David from customer service helped resolve issue.
