Great products, but hard to communicate with technical support staff. Would love to pick up the phone and call to talk to someone when tech support is necessary.

The website was user-friendly. The 10% discount was a bonus. Delivery was within reason. My overall satisfaction, I was pleased.

Can’t believe I had to purchase a $200 ws5000 sensor after only owning this for 4 years. Also the power adapter for the console went out just the other day and had to purchase another one for $20. And now I am troubleshooting the rain gauge as it rained last night but no capture on my weather station. It appears the lifespan of this weather station is 4 years, maybe that is typical, but definitely disappointing. Oh, the shopping experience. Very smooth, and support is great.

Followed the instructions for set up of my WS 2000 weather station. It didn’t work filled out the console section that said they wouldn’t send me an email. They never did. Filled out the section for MAC address. I don’t know what the MAC address does but I know that it is very important for computers. Somehow, after checking it several times before sending it or whatever I called tech-support; tech support informed me that I had entered the address incorrectly. Given that I had two problems with their set up software i.e. no email and The Mac address, I would say that they have a problem at their end with their set up software.
The station is finally working after two days of headaches. We’ll see just how long it lasts.
At this point, I am not a satisfied customer.

The product and delivery was timely. The sale was easy. The installation was confusing. For example, the term gear was used without explanation.

The equipment has always been excellent, however my 5000 unit started acting weird after about 3 years. I ordered a new display and a new power supply. Fortunately, it was simply the power supply. Ambient graciously refunded my money for the display unit that I did not need. Thanks very much! It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Happy with the data presented and accuracy of it. I do have some issues one being the range of the WH-31E unit and the inability to move some tiles on my dashboard. All in all, I'm looking forward to tweaking the display and monitoring the data provided. The app works better than the windows connection.

Needed a replacement rain guage for my WS-5000. Ordering was easy, and was delivered in just a few days. I had a little problem with syncing new rain guage to monitor, but after a call to Ambient Support, and very knowledgeable agent it only took about a minute to help me sync. I have purchased a few weather stations from Ambient, and have been very happy with the products and the support.
