Very prompt shipping, and the weather station appears to be a great upgrade over the motley collection of instruments I have had. Not much experience with it yet, but the start is promising.

Called in for technical support expecting to be told to replace the entire sensor array. He told me I just needed to replace the temperature and humidity sensor and offered the part number as well. Very happy with the service and support I got.
