The defective temperature sensor was easily changed thanks to good online support videos. Has been working well since. I was disappointed in the longevity of the original part but the service was great.

My WS-5000 system is over 5 yrs old and the outside array has ceased to talk to my console. The new solar cap I bought worked for a few days but stopped working. It appears my only recourse is to get another array but I’ve decided to go with a different system from another company.

I am very happy with the weather station I bought from Ambient. I have set it up and it works great. The best part of my experience with Ambient is their excellent helpful customer service.

Online rep confirmed the issues I was having with the display were with the display itself. I ordered a new one over phone, received within a couple days and unit worked fine.

My Ambient Weather 2902c array was damaged and not functioning following a hail storm. I ordered the replacement array and received it in about 3 days via ground shipment. Installed the new array and works perfectly.

Your support recommendation was that I needed a new power supply on my WS-5000 Weather Station fixed my issue of the weather station connecting. My only issue was the tracking of the item coming over was very confusing on when it was to arrive and how. Wasn't able to see it on your webpage, just thru paypal.

Unfortunately we had to return the unit as we could not see the new colorized screen from our sitting positions.

Not too impressed with the unit. Too small, the graph is useless and the worst is there no battery backup for the console. You lose power you lose everything readings, settings most stupid thing I have ever seen.
I wish your stations interfaced with the best weather software ever made Virtual Weather Station. I’ll never understand why you discontinued that software. The software you use really sucks I tried it then deleted it because it was nothing compared to VWS.

I was wondering why their app was so outstanding. Then I realized that Ambient makes their money off of their subscription service, not their hardware.

My station was received within 2 days. It was easy to set up and works very well. It’s my second weather station from Ambient and was installed at our vacation home.
