I was having issues with the humidity and temperature on my 5 year old WS2902. I ordered a new hydrometer for my sensor array and the temperature was reading 15-20 degrees too high. I called customer support and they informed me that my model was made before they switched manufacturers and that I need to order a new array. I went ahead and ordered the new array and everything works great now. I'm glad they're still making parts to support older equipment.

Easy to find and order with prompt delivery. And overnight shipping if needed. It was priced high but cheaper than replacing entire station. I prefer interoperability of ambient with other fine offset related products such as Ecowitt.

Happy with the equipment/ Ambient should have emailed @ shipment time the fed tracking data. After waiting 5 days from placing order I called your office and was supplied the tracking data.
I would like to return the weather mount that I bought as I can was able to mount the unit on a tripod I was using for my Davis pro2 which I had for 15 years.

I had a couple Davis weather stations for work. They finally died. I did my research and found the Ambient weather station to be compatibility, and are a much more reasonable price. I've had it for about a month and it's working great. I need my son-in-law to connect to the computer. I'm getting up there in age and it's easier for a computer savvy person to do it for.

Weather station arrived with missing parts, support insisted I climb on the roof and take a picture of the rain gauge before they could replace parts! (I did inform him that there was a 40 mph wind today, he did not care). I escalated and they are now shipping me the parts without the picture. This is my 3rd system from Ambient and the first issue.

Very nice weather station, but the only drawback the wireless for the sensors cannot reach the console because it’s located in the basement and the sensors are on the roof and our building is enforced concrete. Is there a way I can use external antenna?
