I ordered a small, but necessary, part, and was super pleased that it shipped and arrived immediately. Great customer service!

Customer service was excellent. Diagnosed the issue over the phone resulting in a modest out of pocket cost versus what I thought would be an expensive replacement.

The order said it would be shipped by UPS but the tracking number was FedEx and FedEx always leaves our orders at other address. After seeing it was delivered, but not to our house, we were able to pick it up at the address that FedEx always leaves our orders!

Great station for a person that wants to know everything going on outside. The instrument package is small and easy to install but I recommend downloading the setup instructions from the web site because programming this machine is difficult without them.

You won't publish an honest critical review (I tried with my last purchase). So that's my feedback... If you won't publish negative reviews they are worthless (and I make sure and tell everyone I know you cannot trust ambient weather reviews).

I've only had it for about a month. All the measurements it takes look to be accurate. Signed up for rhe AWN+ which gives good graphing for possisle solar in the future. If it holds up for a few years, it will get a 5 star

Shopping experience was fine. Installation/connectivity instructions not so good.

It’s not working, I’ve checked the wire connections 3 times and gone through the reset on outside and inside units 3 times with no success. What do you recommend?
I replaced this once before and did not have any issues. The rain gauge works great but no temperature or humidity is showing on the display. Again what do you recommend? Thanks

The replacement Temp/Hum arrived in 5 business days; however, I never received an email from ambient weather as to shipment or tracking information as noted in their order confirmation email. There were no instructions with the replacement part, and it took a great deal of extra time to figure it out without damaging the device. Also, what is the deal with the clear grease inside the device connector? I would have given this rating 5-stars, but the lack of installation instructions made the entire replacement effort VERY FRUSTRATING.

This is the third one I've purchased for family. They're very useful for people who enjoy the weather, enjoy making informed decisions about what to wear when going out for a walk or run, and for all of the extra sensors to help keep an eye on things around the home.

The technical phone support was very good, but if you would have included instructions it would not have been necessary.

Needed a replacement (for poorly designed) part but couldn’t find the parts section on the website. Contacted costumer service and Tim sent me a link to the exact part I needed. Placing the order was simple and part arrived quickly.

I have had their weather station for many years and got a sensing unit replacement probably 6 years ago and now the original monitor went kaput after 15 years, they got it out immediately and it is 2X times as nice as the original!
