Very easy to shop and compare. I purchased the WS-5000 and also went back and ordered some add-ons a few days later.

Shopping online was great. We received the station but the LCD did not work. Contacted Ambient and they sent a new one, no charge. Now up and running.

Thermohygrometer arrived quickly and was easy to install. Now my station works like new again. I just wish I didn't need to replace this every few years.

There was no response to my email inquiry; I gave them 5 days to respond. When I called, it took multiple calls to get through the automated system as I was continually disconnected. Once I got through things went great and the assistance was outstanding.

I purchased a WS-5000 back in 2022 and love it! Unfortunately, the Outdoor Sensor Array developed a leak in the battery compartment which couldn't be repaired. I thought I'd have to purchase an entire new unit which would have been too expensive. I was very pleased to find out that I could just replace the Array and save over half $$.

Did not receive a shipping notification.
Also they need to hire more tech support staff due to long wait times.
The manual omits the steps for syncing the array with the display by entering the array ID number into the display.

I got immediate and correct advice on how to fix the "boot loop" I was experiencing with my WS2000 weather station console. All it needed was a replacement $20 power supply. Thanks for the great product and great service.

With some recalibration all the hardware seems to work fine. The software AWN still does not recognize me as AWN+ and we struggle to get both our emails on the same account and weather station which is frustrating. We will work out the bugs, but so far a decent experience.

Ordered station ws-2000 to replace my old one that was blinking "...starting...", but read it was only the power supply and was able to return the station for refund. Very understanding about my situation. Have had the station for five years or so (with 5 remote temps) and really missed the station the few weeks it was down. Highly recommend.
