New power cord fixed problem

I was having issues with my WS-2000 flickering and resetting itself with a slight buzzing noise. Really didn't want to purchase a new console. Lots of reviews pointing towards a power issue, so we started with new USB power cord. Worked great with no fitment issues with the OEM replacement.

Purchase was easy, but downright expensive for what I ordered: bird spike kit that had $2 worth of parts for $28. I felt I was held hostage as there aren’t any other, less expensive options available.

after 5 yrs my temp sensor stopped, i was happy that a replacement was available, it was slightly tedious to replace, and when i did replace it , it worked , but would not calibrate correctly, i called the company and was told i was sent a sensor for a newer model, and it would be sent out for free. i am awaiting the 2nd sensor, but i was happy with the customer service offering to send the correct replacement, and would recommend their products

whenever there is a problem with defaulty parts, Ambient weather should notify users that they may need to purchase a particular part. Instead, I thought my entire system was gone and I would have to buy another. When I called all, I needed was an adapter.

I received my repair part but only partially fixed the problem. I have reached out to Ambient Weather but have not heard back yet.

Prompt shipping and product met my expectations. Fairly easy to set up and didn’t require thermal calibration. All sensors are within +/- 1 degree of my reference, can’t ask for more than that.
