I've had ambient weather stations for many years and have always been satisfied. I Recently added three wh31e remote temperature and humidity sensors for areas of my home that experienced different conditions. They configured easily and I can now monitor conditions in those areas. One of the sensors was more distant from the wireless network and required repositioning to work properly but overall the sensors worked as expected.

Sad to say, without the model number from my weather station, i bought the wrong transmitter. Wish i had sent a picture of the display before shelling out the money for a useless item.

I was getting 99% on outdoor humidity. Replaced the sensor array for $50. All's well now.

Our WS-7200 has been operating in Western NY for about four years without problems. But it does get hammered by harsh winters (think Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse). We change the batteries (lithium) in the spring of each year. Just purchased a WS-2902 as a backup just in case. The new station is waiting in the box, but the console is up and and running in the den. We now have a console in four of five rooms. Great stations for tough weather.

Tech support is not always available but when they are, they are very helpful. They helped solve my station’s issue, the part arrived and all is good.

My WS2000 (which I loved) quit working after 5 years. I just purchased a WS4000 and am very disappointed in its performance with measuring rain. During a storm last week, we received 1.6 inches of rain (vessel rain gauge) and my WS4000 reported .06 inches of rain. It appears the hepatic measuring methodology does not work. Not even close and very disappointed. So, I purchased an add on WS5000 traditional rain gauge and mounted it on my pole. It is better, but only registering about 25% of the actual rain received. The rain is the most important measuement for me as we are prone to flooding and I am very disappointed in my new system and would not recommend it at this time. I will reach out to customer support when I get a chance but at this point I am very unsatisfied

I have owner home weather stations for several years, and been disappointed with them all in their accuracy, reliability and longevity.
I have only had my Ambient Weather Station for a couple of months, but am highly impressed.
Accurate (even rainfall, which my other stations were not even close), plus add on sensors...lightening & addition temp & humidity.
Hopefully it will last a number of years.

It was a bit of an issue finding time to call before 2 PM, but once I was able to connect with someone they were very helpful and were able to resolved my issue quickly.
