The parts needed to renew my old weather device were available which is nice to not have to purchase a new one. The parts were reasonably priced and were delivered quickly not to mention easy to order. It was a big relief to have my station working again at a minimal cost. The folks at Ambient Weather are doing a great service to people like me that don't like disposable equipment.

I've had my WS-5000 weather station for about 5 years. During that time it had worked flawlessly, I haven't even needed to replace the batteries. Unfortunately last week the array sensor stopped functioning. After a discussion with your tech support team, I was told that the only option was to replace the sensor. The new sensor arrived just a couple of days after being ordered. Unfortunately, it did not automatically connect with the console and the instructions with the array did not state how to correct this. A quick call to tech support, resolved this problem. I can not say enough good things about the Technical Support team, they were very knowledgeable, helpful and accessible (only one button press to get to speaking with a live person who was very helpful).

Great products and great service. We have two weather stations and they have been working great for over a decade. One just had a problem with the temperature sensor and thankfully we were able to order a new one for reasonable price and quick delivery.

I got this to show us the temp if our pool and it works great from 300 ft from the house. I have another one for soil temp.

My WS 2000 arrived very quickly. It came without an AC adaptor but the company promptly sent me one. Kudos to their customer service. The unit was straightforward to set up (Watch the Youtube videos first). Interface with the console was seamless, even with the station being 100+ feet from the window. The app is intuitive to use and lets us know how much rain our garden received and the exact conditions when we are out of town.

Yet to install the product(s) but the shopping experience was very out of date, complex, and doesn’t support a wonderful shopping experience.

Original WS-5000 stopped reporting temperature and wind. Contacted tech support via email and they suggested a reset and promptly provided the process to follow. Unfortunately, the reset didn’t work so a base-unit only replacement was suggested by the technician. He provided me a link to purchase just the replacement unit. As usual, connected up right way and we’re back running again. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t lose my history.

Home Screen Display stopped showing all temperature readings and wind/gust speeds. Went through corrective measures but nothing fixed the problem. Ordered new Sensor Array. Order processing and shipping was fine. Received and installed the new Sensor Array. Still no temperature or wind speed readings. Reliability of system is questionable.
