Second temperature sensor that has failed in this unit. Obviously this component is poorly designed or manufactured.

Had to return because neighbor had the same system and you don’t offer different channels for the monitors to communicate with the base system!

What a great company! I have spoken twice with people at this company, and received so much help each time. The people at Ambient Weather are knowledgeable, polite, and patient. They go out of their way to help you, I am very appreciative of that. Not only that, they provide an excellent product! Both my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase.

Weather station is easy to set up and everything works great right out of the box. However, it did not include batteries (AA) and the mounts for the pole mast are the wrong size (too wide & shallow for a 1” pole).

Shipped out quick. Arrived shortly thereafter in great condition and working as expected!
