I bought a replacement uv array for my ws-5000 and you included a manual for a whole new weather station. The set-up was confusing as written. All I had to do was find the correct registration location on the display and register it by using the + button. I found the proper info from an AI query on my smartphone.

My last weather station of 7 years was destroyed by a hailstorm. I purchased the exact model for a replacement. I have been nothing but impressed with ambient weather.

I still don’t have an answer to the question I submitted. I’ve had repeated issues with the rain gauge on my weather station and even the new one still doesn’t work and not sure why.

Website easy to use, order came really fast. Price reasonable. Installation instructions for the replacement module would have been nice- but looks straightforward.

I got the product I wanted, but the store is not set up well. I had to use YouTube and redit to find the part I needed. The description should include the funnel, so an extra one isn't purchased. (For the postage needed, why bother returning the extra?) The instructions that come with the product are non-existent. Having to resort to user made YouTube videos again doesn't seem very professional. So I got the product I wanted but I had to work very hard to be sure I was getting the correct thing, I overpaid for extra parts because of bad description, and it was eventually installed with many errors and reloaded videos due to poor documentation.

I am sure this would be a good product and system. I am not sure what the support model is as I have an issue and contacted support but to date NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP! The system wont register as it says that it is already registered.... Did you send me a returned product that didnt work before and you mailed it to me? I am still waiting to get support to fix the registration issue so that the unit will function. so as of right now i have just thrown money out the window as the system I have is already registered and I cant set it up....
