The temperature humidity sensors hooked up to the weather Station WS2902D and additional tiles appeared on the app with in a very short period of time after selecting the Chanel on each one and installing the batterys. There were no instructions other than how to select the chanel on the back of the sensor. I didn't realize they would hook up automatically and spent some time trying to research the hook up procedure. Would have been nice to know that they hooked up automatically. They seam to be very accurate and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Time will tell - replacing the rain gauge didn't solve the issue - I received an email from Matt and he provided me with some possible solutions - once I try them I will report back

My husband called CS to help him get the rain guage connected to his new WS-5000 system. The person helping him spoke excellent English and was easy to understand. Every time we have contacted CS, it's been a pleasure.

The kit was easy to assemble and set up, but the instructions on how to log on to the internet were terrible and we could not get logged on. Pressing the two buttons on the unit did not generate a WiFi signal.

I had a problem with my order (my fault). I called and the person I talked to was super helpful in identifying the correct part and getting it to me. Greatly appreciated!

Great customer service. Advised me how to fix my 16 year old weather station and even had the parts in stock. They arrived the day after I ordered them. Couldn’t be happier.

Replacement parts are easy to access, but this will be my third thermohygrometer. Too bad they keep failing.

All parts of the WS5000 failed at around 3 years. If I didn’t have so many sensors I would have continued looking.

I bought the ws9165 unit.
It's a great little weather station with a very small display. I wish that was larger and that you could change the colors for each station. The outside temps are a little hard to see,,, White with a black background would be nicer,, My main problems came with little documentation and your website would not allow me to download a manual. Further the interface of the Ambientcam was not difficult once I had all the installation procedures but this required online searches and emails back and forth with your tech guys,,,

Although we have not identified the cause and remedy of my issues, Jordan has not given up. Keeps trying new things. I am confident he will find the solution.
