Quick completion and shipping of my order. So glad to have my dashboard back up and running

Excellent

The parts that were supposed to fit our WS-29092C did not. The parts we received had to be returned. Guess we are looking for another weather center without the word "Ambient" in it, who can afford to keep buying these stations when they keep disconting parts. Our station is from 2020.

Not happy.

The purchasing experience was painless and the product was shipped promptly. Very pleased.

Great products. So far, everything that I have bought from Ambient Weather has worked perfectly.

I love the weather station. I found it very easy to set up.

I’ve noticed the console and ambientweather.net usually don’t agree about the readings. Be it temp, wind speed, or direction. However some match, like baro. Is the console sending data to the net? Definitely some lag in updates, but I guess that’s to be expected for a round trip of the data. I have to say I’m disappointed with the lightning detector. I assumed I would be able to review all the strikes and distances. Saying 5 strikes in the last hour and 12 miles away isn’t very informative. I was expecting to see how far away each was. Hopefully you’re working on an update to provide more info. I also had to make my own bracket to install the solar radiation shield. It’s setup to clamp to a 1/2” pipe, but there isn’t enough space with the single supplied pipe going to the wind sensor. Not a big deal as I had the parts I needed. I put the lightning detector in the shield. Haven’t installed the heater yet. It’s been in the 90’s here, so doubt I’ll see any snow anytime soon. Haven’t had any detectable rain yet either. Also haven’t seen a single bird land on the spikes, so I guess they work. Overall I’m pretty happy with the system so far. Much better than the little Accu-Rite unit I was using before.

Pretty easy to order and arrived early. I wasn’t sure if the 2902D extra console was a compatible replacement for a broken display on my several year old system. It seems to work fine.

Quick delivery, easy setup, and works great.

Rain gauge now works like a charm!

Great service. Great product. Very pleased!! Thanks

Great tech support helped troubleshoot my problem and easy to order the part.

Great product

Easy peasy. Details for export were clearly explained.

Staff was quick to respond to my question on the wind cups for my weather station…reasonably priced, quick delivery and easy to install. I figured it out, but simple instructions would have been a bonus!

super easy, and support was very helpful in guiding me to the right purchase

Easy to order. Timely delivery.

After too many years of frustration with having a La Crosse weather station, I decided to switch over to Ambient. This was based solely on reading many online reviews and magazine ratings. I just told delivery of the WS-1965. Thus far, I am totally satisfied with the system. It was relatively easy to set up and install. The readings (tiles) are easy to view and understand. I am happy with my decision to go with Ambient and hopefully this system will last a long time for my needs.

Parts are easy to find by model number and shipped quickly!

Bought 2 temp sensors to add to my weather station. Very satisfied.
