I ordered two brackets but only received one. One was a back up so it was needed right away. Other than that the shipping was fast.

My husband and father have been very happy with the easy-to-read and customizable screen, as well as the customizable monitoring options that have been very reliable. Great system!

Easy purchase, quick shipping, and the tech support guy I spoke with before ordering was easy to reach and communicated clearly.
I took off a star because (1) the replacement part I ordered should not have been necessary -- my weather station is not even 2 years old yet; and (2) access to the cable that had to be unplugged from the old unit and then plugged in to the new unit was difficult and awkward, and the photos in the installation guide are quite small and unclear. I'm pretty handy, and it took me a good hour of struggling with it to make it work.
That said, the "shopping experience" itself was pretty painless and issue-free.

I did lots of research before purchasing and liked that I could watch videos on the units. The process was a little scary but Ambient made it a breeze to make the decision.

Why must the unlink to online be such a mess. It's 2023 folks. If you read your reviews, this is your #1 issue.

I absolutely love, love, love my Ambient Weather Station WS - 2000. It is awesome in terms of aesthetics, workmanship, functionality and accuracy. I am an avid boater and fisherman and thought a nice future improvement would be adding Moon Phase and High and Low Tide features. Is that achievable? If it exists, I would immediately upgrade mine and I know your target market would expand. Can someone please call me and let me know the feasibility so I do not have to call to follow up and reach someone not familiar with my question? Thank you. Gary Johnson - (732) 757-8201.

I ordered this as a gift, I put in the order on 12/17/23, a very busy time, and it was delivered to our house on 12/23!! Outstanding service. I purchased it as a gift for my son-in-law. This was his second one, he liked the first one so much that he wanted another for his beach home.
Thanks so much for the great service.
