Customer care in sales is very helpful!

I have owned several different brands and so far this is the best weather station I have owned.

The website is easy to use. The product arrived quickly and great care was taken with packaging.

Good product and good customer service !

Easy setup. Nice product.

This was purchased as a gift. My son and his family love it. They loaded the app and it gives them accurate up to the minute information. Our Midwest weather can switch on a dime and this allows them to see the changes and plan their days.
Great product

Question answered promptly and with information I needed.

Great product!

I made a mistake. Bought sensors for my weather station, but had the wrong modelnumber in mind. These sensors won’t work with my station. The sensors that do work with my station are apparently no longer available anywhere.

My real mistake was buying the station from you. No long term support, equipment not designed to integrate across time with new stations. Backward compatibility. Whats that?

You did not include instructions for connecting to the ws-2902c weather station. I need instruction for replacing the pool thermometer.

Easy site to use....on going info on the order.

Still waiting for the requested parts.

First the good : I bought this station because it has permanent high/low display without pressing any buttons and I can calibrate things. Outdoor sensor very accurate only 0.3 C up/down, ( I have a NIST traceable, calibrated, mercury, 0.1 C resolution master to compare to ). Station is very well made and instruction understandable.
The bad : high , low are not 0.1 resolution which is really bad (would help with calibrations of other thermometers at mornings low) station display is small (forget to read it across the room ) and vertical, with the clock at the top that I do not like ( do not need another clock, I bought it for the outdoor data). Who need average pressure ? may I ask ? we need 12,24, 48,60 hr GRAPH. I do not want silly grass, clouds, and sun with totally useless predictions I do not think kids buying this thermometer. Indoor sensor would be more accurate if someone would consider heat from illumination.
There is no icon WWVB on my clock nor there is RCC reception icon but the clock is synchronizing and is up to the second accurate with my other radio controlled clocks.
Anyone knows what happens to calibrations with total power disconnected ?
Because of the quality and accuracy I am happy with my purchase but I would buy another one only when bigger and with horizontal console.

Purchase experience was fine. Hopefully the remote sensor lasts longer than the other guys.
