A good addition to the system already installed that has been a big help tracking storms coming in off the N Pacific.

Accessory descriptions could be clearer. Also, would recommend more attention be devoted on mounting the weather station.

It came quickly and everything was in the box. I put it together an it is working great.

Purchased a replacement Rain Gauge Assembly, plus a few accessories. There are not many manufacturers that sell reasonably priced replacement parts for their products. Kudos to Ambient Weather! I was very glad I didn't have to replace the entire unit. Saved me money and it was not difficult to replace the old assembly. We have only had 1 rain event since, but it seemed to work as expected.

Great add on display to my WS 2000. On night stand next to bed, only wish dim setting was a little dimmer or a 3rd light setting.

Purchased WS5000 and several accessories / sensors to build out a personal weather station and incorporate some home climate monitoring as well. All items arrived quickly (especially for remote Alaska standards). Bringing the station online was straight forward and the readings appear to be extremely accurate from all sensors!

Confused over wi-fi thing. Not sure it will work for me.

Ambient was very helpful. When I received my Weather Window I was concerned that every time it lost power, the MAC address would reset - not good. I brought this to the attention of customer service which responded within hours. After a short phone call they confirmed that the unit was malfunctioning. They sent me a free return label and soon after my unit arrived at Ambient they sent me a new unit that works perfectly! It's nice that there are still companies out there that believe in customer service! Kudos!

I can't even use my new unit because they can't give me a delivery date on my mount which I ordered in December. I hope the unit impresses me because customer service isn't good, probably should of replaced my old lacrosse unit with lacrosse I would have been up and running already.

The website was easy to navigate, communication was great and I am very pleased with the weather station. I would recommend this item to anyone interested in a back yard weather station.

Bolts supplied for Mount i ordered do not work. I had to increase the size of the holes to make them work. Once assembled and weather station added the mount is loose. I called and was told they would send a new mount. That was two weeks ago. No new mount received. I’ll be calling back. Not impressed considering together I have spent over $600.

Quick and efficient turnaround, good communication and prompt shipping even during the holiday mess

Good product and easy to get set up and working.

As usual, amazing customer service! It's one of the reasons I keep buying AW equipment

Literally did not ship two items in the box, stated they would ship the missing items 2nd day air then proceeded to ship them ground and still not here. Extremely disappointed.

It‘s Great！

I bought the WS-2902D from Amazon and the Rain Spike directly from AMBW.com. Sensor set and Panel are great for the price. You will hit panel buttons by accident until you get used to avoiding them. Instructions were good for assembly. I set up my accounts in wunderground.com and pwsweather.com prior to connection since the credentials are needed for final connections. Record your passwords and credentials. With WIFI icon flashing, I used a laptop running Win11 to connect to the panel AMBWeatherPro after clicking manage WIFI connections. This breaks your router connection so that the browser can send an IP to the panel allowing it to display the AMBWeatherPro request to the laptop. Enter your email, scan for your router, and enter your router password. Flashing icon should stop. On the following screens, it’s ok to click the firmware upgrades and the 5min timeout. Stop there and close, then manage your WIFI connection back to your router. Remember that connection routine. Probably need it again. Connect to Ambiantweather.net to finish setting up your account and connect your data to weatherunderground and pwsweather using those credentials you recorded. Scroll through the set function on the panel so that you can set an accurate relative pressure. Everything else should feed in from the sensor and WIFI. Sensor mounting location is crucial to good sampling. Choose what is best for the parameters most important to you. My sensors were all very accurate. I even checked the rain gauge by slowly dripping a carefully measured volume of water from a bottle with a pin hole and got 98% accuracy. If you ever need to do that, 16.0 oz or 473 mL of water should read 1.81” if you can measure well and feed slowly. Very happy with this product!

Had to replace a piece on my existing weather station we have had for 4years. Was a little hard to put in but once we got it in-the weather station works great!

Working great
