I’ve used Ambient system for numerous years. Reliably and accuracy is top notch.
You really get quality performance with a reasonably price.

Looks like a great system, but choosing options was very confusing, even asking at the FB group. I think I got it right, only time will tell…

The only problem I had is I ordered the wrong part. Customer service actually answers the phone if you have a question. The personnel are very well trained on their product and are a pleasure to deal with.

i am extremely disappointed in the return policy. I purchased a mount for my weather station and you are going to charge me $25 to ship it back because it didn’t work for my application!?
That’s OUTRAGEOUS!
I am disappointed that I reached out to customer support with my concearns and never received a response back as well.
All in all, your products are good, but I find it frustrating that you aren’t protecting your brand loyalty in this case. I am the author of the only homebridge verified plugin for your weather stations and I try to support the community and YOUR customers with software when I can and im disappointed that support is not returned in kind.

Reaching technical support on the telephone is impossible, thus the camera I purchased is unusable .

Works great, a little difficult figuring out how to hook up to the network at my office but other than that no complaints

The device is nice but the interface and getting on the Internet is painful and very poorly designed. This ought to be easy. Plus it says you have to use a router at 2.4GHz but I like 5GHz in my home. That wasn’t in the sales information. Not happy.

Very disappointed in the high priced display my old display is so much better and easier to read. Setup and connection was easy. I like some of the features on the new display but it should have been larger.

I accidentally ordered the wrong unit initially. I contacted customer service and they were able to cancel it for me! I then ordered the right one! Everything went perfect 👍 Thank you!!!

Weather Window works fine. I only have two complaints - I wish there was a way to edit the dashboard layout without deleting and recreating the device from scratch, and I wish that it could be configured to auto-reattach to a hidden Wi-Fi network and not just a publicly viewable one. Maybe these could be addressed in a future software update.

Very impressed from beginning to end. Ordered part weathermount easily online and it is just what I needed. The packaging was great and instructions were easy to follow. The weathermount came with everything I needed to install it and had several mounting options. It is very sturdy and is attractive when mounted on my house at the highest point of my eave.

While I am very pleased with the equipment, the navigation on the web site was a bit of a challenge. In trying to find the compatible addons for my weather station, the web site did not have a filter for compatibility which would be a help for selecting options.
