Thoroughly enjoying the weather station and its data. Our near neighbor has the same station, and we compare notes (like Tuesday’s week’s 5” of rainfall) and they are consistent. I was missing a part to mount the unit (probably threw it away with the packaging), and ordered another online. Received it within a few days. Delighted with the company and the product.

Happy with the product, unhappy with purchase experience. Initial purchase through Amazon never shipped, disappointment for my children who had arranged this to be my Christmas present. Despite several checks as to progress through December, eventually told Christmas week it would arrive after Christmas, then that it had never been shipped. Had to cancel order, request refund, and order a second time. Did then arrive. Haven’t yet been able to sync to wifi.

The shopping went well, and was very prompt. However my purchase was a transformer for my WS 5000 station, and it is not working. In my confidence of your product I tossed my paperwork and now that it has snowed l see it isn’t working. Hopefully Ambient will still replace this.

Purchase was easy, shipping was fast and on time - even during the busy holiday season. It was packaged well and was unmarked which was important to me because it was a gift. I didn’t have a reason to speak with customer service, but I’m sure it would have been handled brilliantly.

Received the WH31E temp/humidity external sensor along with the WH31-RS mounting system for my WS-2000 weather station. All the items were easy to install and connect to the weather station.
