My Ambient WS-2902 ARRAY started failing after about three years of abuse in the scalding Arizona sun. So I ordered a replacement unit. I was skeptical about the replacement being an exact fit and also doubtful about the connectivity to my monitor. But I was very surprised and very impressed with not only the speed in which the replacement unit arrived. But I was also very relieved that the new unit connected to my monitor without any problems whatsoever. So overall, I am very pleased with the customer service, the accuracy of the order, the speed in which the new unit arrived and the ease of syncing the new unit to the monitor. Thank you Ambient Weather team. Well-done!

The barometric pressure measurement is not working.
It has been replaced so we’ll see. I’ll update.

Good manual, easy connection with AmbientWeather.net; still having trouble connecting with Wunderground

After reading all of the positive reviews and experiences, I would have never expected to have the troubles I have had and continue to have with my expensive WS-5000 weather station. Right out of the box the rain gauge never worked. The manual was outdated and lacked revisions from product changes that were made. Trying to get in touch with a live person is nearly impossible, which is made worse by the fact that they do not respond to emails or voicemails. I am nearing my 30 return window and still do not have an operating rain gauge. All I got from them was a cryptic email to return my entire system for which I would be required to pay $22.00.
"Highest Rated Personal Weather Station" - what a joke!
Do not make the same mistake I did spending almost $450 for an inoperative weather station with no customer supprt.

Needed this replacement part for my weather station; it's definitely legitimate and not "aftermarket". Fits perfectly, and my station is "new" again!
