I ordered a WS-2000 thru Amazon. There was a problem with the console, which Ambient Weather corrected quickly. Unfortunately a new problem developed with the replacement console. Currently I am waiting a response from their tech support team, who I trust will resolve this issue.

The part I needed was in stock and shipped immediately. The process was easy and painless. Buying a replacement wind vane was cheaper than a whole new unit. 😊

Works as advertised, but instructions leave something to be desired.

Issues with checkout. After 3 repeated attempts, checked out successful... well almost. Applying a coupon kept generating a message to try again later. Customer service said to check out without coupon and send an email with code and order number. No acknowledgement, they don't answer the phone anymore. Just really frustrating.

The outdoor temperature sensor failed in my WS-2902. I ordered a replacement sensor. It arrived quickly, but with no instructions. I found the YouTube page with instructional videos, followed the instructions, but the new outdoor temperature sensor doesn't work, either.

Like weather station, but sent wrong replacement outdoor sensor unit. Wiring did not match mine, but the part that does is not listed.
