I was having trouble with my outside temperature readings being higher than actual, and lower temperatures being off also. A technician send me links to reset outside unit and inside monitor. When that did not help, I order a thermohygro-assy. It came within a few days. Great service!

The actual unit seems to work well and the physical indoor console works well. The Android app is quite clunky feeling, with unruly overlays and difficult scrolling. It also forces US (month first) date format. I raised a support ticket about the date format and was told it can't be changed. When I asked if there was an enhancement request process I was ignored.

The anemometer cups for took 4 weeks to arrive here because it was sent to the wrong address. It was sent back to you from address at 311 Baye Ave and then returned to me at 311 Bay Ave. Both are in Milford DE.
