Unfortunately I have not been able to install the replacement parts ! The screw I so tiny and possibly rusted in, I can’t remove it!

Shopping experience was fine, however the new sensor is not fixing the issue. I called and talked to a person who helped me link up the two units which worked for a day then stopped. I will call again next week.

The instructions were not great but I figured it out.

The part I needed was easy to find. After I received the part, I had some issues with it. These folks stepped up and took care of the problem. Everyone makes mistakes and has faulty products from time to time. What separates a great supplier from a bad supplier is how they handle their issues. This makes Ambient a great supplier!

Overpriced for something made in communist China.

Loved it at first. But after about a year it sporadically would stop showing wind and temp data. A call to your service department indicated it was irreparable and I had to buy a new one, which I did. Disappointed it could not be repaired.

The weather station has worked flawlessly since installation and the ap provides an on the go view if the weather in my back yard. I bought the pool sensor and love that as well.

It's ok vs others we have had but not impressed with how the rain gauge part works- as you go thru event, day, week sometimes it then loses so to speak the daily and event amount. Not easy to hook up to computer to get online and directions aren't clear- have just not done that- gave up. Overall ok but not the best.

Just wish the display for the WS5000 was bigger and with battery back up.

I wanted a stainless steel weather station mount after buying the WS-5000. The website states that it was out of stock. I called about a month later and found out it was discontinued. No excuse for not updating your website. Purchased galvanized aluminum mast and am happy with it (4 stars). It’s been about 10 days since I found out the stainless steel mount had been discontinued; however , the website STILL states it is out of stock.
