Product is fine, but unsolicited emails are really obnoxious.

My WS-2002D weather station console purchased in October started failing in mid-November. The eight keys at the bottom of the unit were not responding. After my failure to self-diagnose the problem, I called the support staff number to get a return authorization to repair or replace the unit. The request was reviewed in only one business day. I was informed that the console would be replaced and there was no need to return the failed device. A follow-up email provided invoice and tracking information. The unit arrived three days later.
Thank you, amabient weather!

The weather Bridge worked great. It breathed new life into my old Vantage Pro 2 cabled weather system. Finally I can get that data up on the internet where I can see it with my phone.

Happy with the weather station and all the peripherals. Functions well after a somewhat complex start up. My major complaint is that the website permits you to place an order before you establish an account. Sounds like that could be a good thing, but if you create an order and then start an account a few days later, the two bits of data will not combine. An email to customer (lack of) service was responded to in a day, but with an answer that highlights how limited the company's infrastructure truly is. Apparently, they are not able to attach the details of my order with my account. Seriously, that's both surprising and disappointing.

I reached out to the Ambient website to find out if I could add a second Console to my Weather system. I heard back very promptly from someone who assured me that I could, but not only that, sent me a link to exactly the one I would need to purchase. The new console came within a few days and, without any trouble at all, it is now up and running.

Your support page had me do tests that concluded that I needed a new sensor. I bought a replacement and now the station works! Good support.

Ordering the weather station went well and it arrived quickly. It’s a husband Christmas gift so I don’t have an opinion as to how it works.

Once I found the right product (a power supply for a WS 2000 display monitor), the order process was simple and delivery was in just a few days.

The ordering process was easy and rapid and it arrived quicker than the estimate. When the new WS-2902-array Replacement Sensor arrived it took less than 7 minutes to assemble and then change out and initiate the reception of data. The improvements over the previous sensor package are impressive. Overall very pleased with the purchase!

Order was shipped very quickly, packaged well and everything works as described. Would love the option of a larger display because you have to get up close to read all the info on this display.
