The product is fine, but I was supposed to get a $35 rebate, which I have been unable to get. Email contacts have received no response.

instructions were decent and build quality of the station was good, but I was never told that the weather station needed a hub to work on my network. Why the station needed my wifi password and my router MAC address instead of a MAC address for the station is a problem. By default the SSID of the station was turned off so now I cannot see the device on my wifi which defeats the purpose of logging into the station. I cannot see any data online unless I fork out money to buy the hub. This was deceptive advertising indeed. The picture on the website shows a computer and cell phone along with the weather station. But not the hub that will be needed to see the data online! I now have a hidden wifi device with full access to my wifi, and my computer! Made in China?

Website showed an accessory as "usually purchased with" the weather station that I bought, with no mention that it is only needed with auxiliary sensors. So that was $30 wasted.

I absolutely love the WS-2000. I can appreciate all of the extras you are able to add to the system. I would give 5 stars, but there’s nothing to set up by logging into the IP adddress via browser.

Purchased an accessory for my WS-2000 and it was very easy to find what I was looking for, as well as some ideas for future additions.

At first I thought you were slow about responding to my warranty issue, and the fact that tech and I could not get the console connected to wyfi.

I was looking for a Christmas gift, you had these on sale so the decision was easy. I have one and like it and I my daughter has one that she likes.

I bought my second Ambient Weather station after the previous one’s outside temperature function failed, after several years. I bought a cheaper competitor’s product before and it did not last. So far, I’m happy with my second Ambient Weather station.

I had to purchase a new WS-2902 display console. My old console stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. In calling tech support, the representative said it was not repairable, and that I would need to purchase a new console. The purchase went very well. One thing that I found disappointing was that I could not transfer my years of old weather data to the new device.

I had to dig a little to find the stand-alone rain sensor and then ensure I was ordering compatible unit for my weather station but it all worked out without any ordering difficulty. The ordering was easy. Upon arrival box did not contain installation instructions but when I contacted you, you rushed copy to me and all was well. Only challenge to installation was Momma jumping spider had made her home on top of the connectors and had just hatched hundreds of little bitty jumping spiders which in the warmth of the house (it's winter here) very quickly dispersed everywhere. We are pretty tolerant of such things as long as the critters make themselves useful which here means go deal with undesirable bugs. As to the rain station, was delighted to see new rain station works really well and we're tracking accumulations again. Many thanx from a loyal customer.

Got this because our current Accurite keeps freezing and has to be reset. This one was easy to install. Wireless range is really good. It seems to be quite accurate. The only small complaint is with the app. I would like to be able to see the days low and high. It show it but you have to scroll through a graph to find it. Would be nice just to have the numbers displayed.
