A bit confusing to try to figure out just which model I need. I did ask a question a couple of weeks ago and didn't receive an answer. So I made a guess as to what to get. I didn't want to miss out on the Black Friday prices. This is for a mountain cabin, and I won't get up there until after Christmas. I won't kow how well the product works until after then.

I ordered a WS-2902 and the rain spike. When it arrived the rain spike was not included. I contacted customer service, got a prompt response, and they sent the spike out, next day air to make it right. Could not have been happier with my experience.

The web site is great and the delivery is fast. However I had a technical inquire I asked prior to purchase. My ticket number is 71924. Matt Murphy basically blew me off and did not even attempt to answer my question. I was very disappoint in Matt's response. I've been involved in service and calibration of this type of equipment for nearly 30 years. I was not expecting a reply lacking any technical information at all.

This is my second aw station. Very accurate, easy to set up. Communicates with console from about 120 feet.Console is much improved. The unit stopped recharging after 2-3 years, so I was going thru batteries. I wish the charging (capacitor?) Lasted longer

The purchasing experience was very good with no issues. I would recommend Ambient hire a technical writer to improve the installation and user manual or at least get detailed input from non-technical users. Some explanation of what the benefits are to registering the unit with AmbientWeather.net or using the apps would be helpful. I am an engineer and have used technical writers on many occasions to improve the readability of the papers I produce.

My wife gave me an early Christmas present of a WS-2902D. I needed a mount so I ordered the EZ-30-32 from you. It was delivered promptly in perfect condition.

Purchase went well, sensors work as expected. There was an issue with tracking of my shipment. Website indicated carrier was UPS but USPS was actually the shipper. Seems like a pretty easy fix.
