The website was super easy to manage and the shipping was great. I only wish that all the websites were this customer friendly. Thank you ambient!

My old Ambient weather station finally failed me, so I purchased a new Ambient WS-2902D. Everything went fine, I received it sooner than expected and it was way easier to set up than I expected. I really like the digital display which is way better than the predecessor I had. I then easily registered the device on the Ambient site and added it into Weather Underground...again with no problems at all. It is a great product and nice value for its price.

Very easy to purchase my system. Came with good enough instructions (plus watching a few videos) to get everything set up and working.

I ordered a new console per your support staff instructions as my old console won't find my new router's wifi. Now the new console won't find or connect to my weather station.

I purchased this weather station when our existing one stopped registering the wind speed and direction. This new one worked from the beginning and I was able to set it up online so my neighbors could see what our little microclimate shows as well.

The weather station works great, and it was super easy to assemble, install, and sync up with the monitor and web page. While minor, I noticed that the app doesn't update all that often; however, I do have the monitor and web page for real-time info.

I'm still in process on this experience. Temperature unit began acting erratically. Bought a new temperature unit and installed but still have the same issue. I have gotten an email concerning my ongoing problem with an offer to sell me a new unit and allow me to return the piece that did not fix it.. I hate that my original unit stopped working after 1 year of service however I will buy another one.

It was a great experience. The ordering process was straightforward, the shipping was expedient and the weather station was well packaged. Since this is a gift we have not installed the station at this time

Very easy to setup and tons of data from this little guy!
Also looooove all the add-ons. I’ve been trying to find good leak sensors for a while and never thought of having it connected to a weather station, so smart!
You can tell these folks are passionate about their product.
