Have the product for 1 week now. Would like to see a “mirror” image of the console when I first open the app, then click a button to see the more detailed info and options.

I am happy with my purchase from Ambient Weather however, I did get the wrong version of Thermo-Hygro product for my older station. Ambient did make it right by finally sending me the correct version. No issues.

There must have been a shipping issue where I don't think the product ever made it out the door. However, when I contacted customer service, Odell was very responsive and remedied the situation immediately.

It's great to have remote visibility of my house and garage temperatures, and get notified if they fall below a designated setpoint, especially when you have people in your house who forget to close the garage door in the winter!

The replacement sensor was a perfect fit and reasonably priced. I like the fact that Ambient Weather supplies replacement parts for their products.

My outdoor unit on my WS 2000 was not talking to the indoor station display. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and quickly directed me to the appropriate screen to fix the issue which only took a few seconds.
Thank you for your quick and knowledgeable fix.

Very fast shipping (ordered Friday morning, received Monday afternoon). Within 30 minutes of opening the box, I had the unit assembled, installed and displaying weather. (I had installed the post and mast the preceding weekend.) It took probably another fifteen minutes to get reporting online to both AmbientWeather.net and WUnderground functional.
The day after installation, my area experienced a rainstorm. It was so awesome sitting at work and using the app to see exactly how much rain had fallen in my backyard.
If you buy one of these home weather stations, watch the proper unboxing video on Ambient's YouTube channel. It made my installation barely require the manual.
