I called asking about one of the 12 Days offers. My question was related to our current weather station and whether the station listed in the offer had compatible mounts. I was told no and that I needed to buy a secondary mount adapter. Today, the exact same model weather station is one of the 12 Days specials. I wasn't even informed that the WS2909 that we currently have is still in production, let alone about to be one of the specials!?! Really poor form.

Great product, worked as promised, all sensors except one connected right away, followed the precise instructions for the straggler and it joined up as it should have. A gateway to make it into a smart device would be the cherry on the cake

The Ambient Weather Window is a wonderful thing! It shows you, in a clear, large, and attractive display, weather attributes of your choosing, such as readings from other sensors you might have (pool, well house, etc.). I've bought four, two for me and two for friends. One of those friends is buying two for family members. Enough said!

The WS-2902 upgrade w/rebate was unnecessarily cumbersome. I sent the old display back. I hope get the $25 refund.

The Weather Window doesn't seem to do what it was advertised to do.

Have placed order received paid invoice twice by email . However when called to get some idea of when weather station might be delivered, all I get is a label has been made. Hopefully it will arrive before Christmas

The purchase experience was fine, but the sensor I purchased is 3-4 degrees too cold most of the time, and then randomly too warm. I'm comparing it with the other Ambient sensor I've had for 5 years which started to read too low too.

I purchased the AWN frame, and in my opinion, it leaves a lot to be desired! I think it needs more capabilities, like a real-time radar section on the display! I feel it was way too expensive for what it has to offer.
