Ambient weather ships quickly and accurately. A bit mote feedback on the order progress would be useful, but overall the ordering experience was quite good. This is the 2nd Ambient weather system I've purchased - this one is a gift - and I'm quite pleased with the process and the products.

The WS-5000 ambient weather station has exceeded expectations in terms of installation, networking, accuracy, ease-of-use, and quality. We will see about durability -- but so far so good! Thank you..

I purchased a wind measuring part for my Ospry and they delivered to an address in a different State. I contacted them for either re sending the part to the correct address, or refunding the money. The fellow I spoke to one the phone at Ambien customer service was inclined to do neither. So I had to open a case with PayPal to get my monies back. I have purchased parts from them previously and they have arrived to me before. Ambien tried to convince me I manually put in the wrong address. They lost me as a customer. Adam L

I had “ issues” with the replacement console.. various contacts with support were required to fix my issue. Having said that, the support I was given was very satisfactory and I appreciate the patience the CSR had with the situation. Thus the 5 star rating.

Great price during the Black Friday sale. Ordering direct gets an extra sensor that I didn't have to buy. The WS-2000 is a great unit with a crisp, clear display that has all of the data I'm looking for. If you're looking for a personal weather station, buy Ambient direct.
