I loved the selection of weather stations. I mistakenly ordered two stations and the customer service I received was top notch! I didn’t have to wait long for it to arrive! I’m now in the process of setting everything up, and the instructions are so clear as to what to do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far the weather station works very well. The bird spikes over the rain cup is high priced and poorly designed. Surprisingly not everyone is in love with social media , does not want to join your community or receive endless emails.

Purchase experience was easy and product was here as promised.
However, still waiting to hear back from Tech Support about the rain event issue with my dashboard.

Great weather station and even better service. I had a small issue with one component I ordered not being shipped. Support answered the phone quickly and promptly sent out the missing component. I am very happy with both the product and the customer service experience.

Very slow shipping. Shipped 3 days after order and UPS took another 2 weeks.

Terrible customer support. Had to wait 40 minutes and his advice was to look on line My ambient 2000 still doesn’t work

The setup instructions weren’t quite clear enough for me. What helped me was Ambient on Youtube. I had requested help on email, but by the time I got an answer back, I had it up and running inside the house. And after I mounted it outside, everything was working fine. Just in time for a 3 day storm. I am happy with my purchase. Time will tell how long this will keep on going for me.
