Delivery was quick & installation was easy. The console immediately connected to the sensor & wifi. Both connections have been rock solid since then.
I seriously couldn't be happier after fighting with a competitor's unit for the last year. I wish I hadn't wasted a year & $250!!

Excellent customer service. My only suggestion: make the procedure for the 2902C to 2902D upgrade and shipping a bit more clear. The AmbientWeather.net dashboard for viewing stations is very nicely done.

I have owned/used numerous weather systems and this one by far is the best. Set up is straight forward and best of all no moving parts are used in the wind sensor; one less failure point. I hope the next system will incorporate an adequate solar system that would power both wind and water sensors and eliminate the need to change the AA batters every year. Outside of that I would buy system again.

Website issues at time of purchase makes it a 3 star review. Also, ‘bird spike’ install is not easy.

Ordered a replacement rain gauge. Didn’t realize the rubber rain collector was sold separately.

This is my third Ambient Weather station. The two previous ones died after years of excellent service. The new WS-2000 offers some improvement when compared to the WS-1001 that bit the dust when the array failed during two weeks of stormy weather.
I like the new display layout but am disappointed that the temperature graph has been removed. Hopefully it will come back in a future update.
I had to remove one start from my rating to acknowledge that the quality and responsiveness of Ambient Weather's technical support has degraded recently. Online support responses often take days and the agents do not appear to be as well-trained as they were in the past. Something to work on .

It was easy to compare different weather stations and accessories with each other. The checking out process was quite easy. Customer service caught a problem with my address and allowed me to readily change it. Everything was shipped quickly. The whole process from beginning shopping to installing at our house was less than a week and I did the shopping on the weekend.
