I've had it up for a week, through two major weather systems. Assembly and setup were relatively easy. Yes, as others have said the display is not optimal, but it certainly provides an adequate presentation. The sensors, app, and wifi interface all perform flawlessly. All in all I'm quite pleased with the system and will recommend to others.

This purchase of a WS 2000 replaced the WS 1000 that we have had for many years. It has taken a bit of time to learn the many features that the new screen shows. There is an amazing amount of information available on screen. The product is a real improvement over the old one!

The items shipped very quickly. I bought the lightning detector and radiation shield. I am getting lots of false lightning reports even though the sensor is located away from electronics. I’m a little disappointed in it but am still trying to find ways to make it more accurate.

A little trouble navigating through the sale, but then it was smooth sailing.

Easy shopping. On line tech support was great as well. Phone support not so much; 45 minutes on hold when I gave up and corresponded via email. This is my second station purchase; the last one went for 4 years.

I I called in an order and your sales person forgot my 10% discount I sent five different emails using your webpage to contacts to your email and none of them went through. That needs to be looked out. Your response time was quick enough for the shipping. But I was instructed I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my 10% discount. My whole reason for calling the order in was to avoidThe mess up

Ordered the bird exclusion spikes for my rain gauge. It arrived on time. I followed the detailed instructions included. Since installation I’ve not observed birds sitting on the rain gauge any more. They still sit on the wind direction and speed sensors without issue. This is a quality product which I recommend.
